End-to-End Execution Journey

How SignExact Executes Agreements

See exactly what happens from the moment an agreement is uploaded to its final, tamper-evident archival.

01
Step 1 • Ingestion

Upload & Ingest the Agreement

Upload any contract, NDA, lease, or form in standard PDF format. SignExact immediately reads the physical page dimensions, establishes the 72-DPI coordinate matrix, and computes the document's genesis SHA-256 hash.

02
Step 2 • Orchestration

Add Recipients & Configure Signing Order

Define signers, reviewers, and carbon-copy recipients. Choose between parallel signing (all signers receive links simultaneously) or sequential signing (strict order of operations). Each signer is assigned a distinct color token.

03
Step 3 • Preparation

Place Signature, Date & Input Fields

Use the drag-and-drop document editor to position signature boxes, date stamps, initials, and text inputs. SignExact's sub-millimeter coordinate engine maps every element into precise PDF bottom-left points so it never drifts.

04
Step 4 • Dispatch

Dispatch Secure 256-Bit Signing Invitations

Recipients receive an invitation email containing a cryptographically unique 256-bit token. Only the recipient with the token can access the document—eliminating forced password friction while maintaining high security.

05
Step 5 • Execution

Statutory Consumer Consent & Print/Sign Review

When opening the document, signers are presented with the mandatory ESIGN affirmative consent modal. Clear 'Print Document Copy' controls allow paper review or physical signing prior to submitting digital signatures.

06
Step 6 • Verification

Digital Sealing & Completion Certificate Generation

Upon final signature, SignExact burns the field values directly into the PDF, seals it with an X.509 PAdES detached digital signature, and appends a 2-page Certificate of Completion containing the full SHA-256 hash ledger.

Independent Verification Guarantee

Never Trapped in a Proprietary Cloud

Every signed document generated by SignExact is a standard, self-contained PDF/A package. You can open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader to inspect the certified digital signature, or verify the SHA-256 hash sequence using any terminal. Even if you cancel your subscription, your legal documents remain permanently verifiable.
