Trust Built on Mathematical Proof, Not Cloud Black Boxes
We built SignExact because critical business contracts should not rely on proprietary vendor databases to prove they weren't altered.
Why SignExact Was Built
Electronic signatures revolutionized business transactions over the last two decades. But the industry evolved into an oligopoly of generic platforms that treat contracts like social media posts: fuzzy coordinate positioning, proprietary audit logs trapped behind recurring monthly paywalls, and consumer disclosure statutory requirements buried in microscopic footnotes.
When a dispute arises in arbitration or court, you shouldn't have to ask a cloud vendor for permission to access your own audit logs.
SignExact was engineered on a radically different premise: every agreement must be self-authenticating, tamper-evident, and independently verifiable forever.
Sub-Millimeter Precision
We translate browser viewport pixels directly into 72-DPI PostScript points. Signatures stamp exactly where you place them—never drifting or colliding with text.
Cryptographic Chaining
We apply SHA-256 hash chaining to every action row. If a single character is modified retroactively, the mathematical chain breaks immediately.
Statutory Integrity
We strictly fulfill ESIGN § 7001 consumer disclosure standards with explicit pre-execution Print & Sign controls and 2-page Certificates of Completion.
Enterprise Cloud Architecture
SignExact is hosted on dedicated Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Instance: Mink, public IP: 64.181.236.32) running an isolated Node.js/Next.js 15 runtime reverse-proxied by Nginx with TLS 1.3 encryption and automated certificate rotation.
